Indexing Mechanism: Check and lubricate the large disc column sleeve and indexing mechanism weekly.
Reducer: Weekly, check if the oil level is below half the window. If so, promptly add 30# machine oil.
Camshaft: Inspect and lubricate the main drive system, camshaft, chain, bearings, gears, and eccentric wheels at the bottom of the machine weekly.
Top Rod Bearing Position: Perform weekly maintenance and add 30# machine oil.

Filling Components: Lubricate the valve section in the filling components with food-grade white grease as needed. For the control valve section, add lubricating oil daily to the copper sliding block.
Slide Plate: Weekly maintenance and oiling with 30# machine oil are necessary.
Main Spindle: Weekly inspection and lubrication with 30# machine oil.
Startup Check: Before restarting after prolonged downtime, inspect all screws for tightness and make necessary adjustments. Check lubrication in all transmission parts. Only start the main machine after completing all checks.
